Elite Building Solutions exists for the projects that don't fit a standard installation crew. When a facade stops being a flat grid — when it curves, tapers to a knife-edge, wraps a corner, or trades panels for a tensioned membrane — that's where we come in. We're the execution partner architects and main contractors call for the parts of a building that are hardest to get right.
We work both ways: on a full turnkey basis, supplying the system and installing it end to end, or execution-only, installing a system someone else has supplied. What doesn't change is that we don't design or engineer the systems themselves — that belongs to the architects and system specifiers we work alongside. Ours is what happens after the drawings are approved: panel-by-panel setting-out across non-repeating geometry, ETFE membranes tensioned onto free-form steel, cable-net and curtain wall facades aligned to tolerances with no room for drift — all delivered on live sites, occupied buildings, and at height, where most of what can go wrong usually does.
Every project starts as someone else's drawing.
This concept sketch — a free-form ETFE canopy later built as Sattva Endeavor — is where our work actually begins. An architect's sketch or a specifier's drawing sets the geometry; we take it from there, working out the panel-by-panel setting-out, the steel, and the sequencing needed to build it exactly as drawn.

Turnkey or execution-only
We supply and install a system on a full turnkey basis, or execute a system supplied by others — either way, we don't design or engineer the systems themselves. Our job is to get them built exactly right.
Complex geometry, handled
Non-repeating panels, free-form ETFE, cable-net and curtain wall systems — the kind of work that goes wrong in ordinary hands is where we specialize.
Site discipline
High-rise access, live construction sites, occupied buildings — execution is planned and sequenced around real site constraints, not around convenience.
